The first step to any event is to pick a date! Call Megan Hays at 384-8181 ext. 1 for date inquiries.
We’ll hold it for you for two weeks before we’ll need a deposit to reserve your day. The deposit amount
will depend on the size of your event.


Oakwood has several room options to accomodate all sizes. You’re welcome to rent just one room or several! Below are
the prices for individual rooms for 4 hours. Each additional hour over the intial 4 hours will be an additional $100. An event
lasting past mid-night will be charged an extra $500. These prices include room usage, linen, staffing and clean up.
Don’t forget: if you’re a member or have a member sponsor you’ll get 20% off your room rental fees!


Each menu is unique, just like the person planning it. While we do offer a Catering Guide, it is not by any means the only items we can provide. I’m sure you get tired of eating the same things, just as we get tired of fixing it! Offer your guests some Oakwood classics like our Crabcakes, a true member favorite, or the OCC brown-sugar & black-peppercorn bacon. Choose from plated or buffet, or maybe a little of both! We’re here to help you get it just how you want it.


In order to ensure that we have everything ready for your big event, we require a final headcount 10 days prior to the event along with a signed final contract. We will do our best to accomodate last minute changes but we can only promise what had been agreed upon at this date.
